To date, Malaysia’s Fulbright program has seen over a thousand citizens of both nations participating in the exceptional academic endeavors offered by Fulbright. Since our inception in 1963, over 1000 Malaysians have traveled to the United States with over 2000 Americans coming over to Malaysia. This year, the Malaysia’s Fulbright Program is committed to sending and receiving more Malaysians and Americans alike across borders to further promote educational exchanges.

The objective of these grants is not only to enable the recipients to pursue particular fields of study, but to develop leaders who can contribute to promoting better understanding between the U.S. and Malaysia. In pursuit of the objectives of the above program, MACEE provides a number of grants under various program categories to U.S. citizens to conduct research, teach, or study in Malaysia.
